I'm a big one for nutritional supplements all year long, but when the pomegranates on my tree are ripe, I take much pleasure in going outside to pick one and eat the seeds with gusto. For years I have not used a lot of skin care products. I took vitamins minerals, and I used nutritional supplements; but, I did not use skin care products enough to make a difference in my skin. I give my kids nutritional supplements every day. They take multi vitamins minerals every morning before school. It can fill in the gap of nutrition that they don't get from school lunches. Using nutritional supplements has long been a practice of my family. We have researched the studies of using vitamins minerals for some time. Now that the cold and flu season is upon us, I’ve been taking extra care to make sure that I take my nutritional supplements.
