Are you among the population that grinds their teeth? I seem to do it most often while sleeping but I have caught myself grinding away during the day as well. This usually occurs while I am deeply concentrating on a project or doing a difficult move when working out. My dentist says that my teeth grinding is starting to cause damage to my teeth. He has found little cracks and excessive wear from the action of tooth grinding against tooth. Does that sound like you?
