It may be hard to fathom the idea that some folks have a hard time eating. They simply have no appetite. Now, it could be due to an illness or medication they are taking. Some people just aren't hungry period and there are nutritional supplements that may aide in jazzing up their appetites.

My daughter was one of those people. I just could not get her interested in food. I tried to entice her with cinnamon rolls, pastas, grilled cheese, fruits and ice cream. I was to the point of "just eat anything, please!" 
 
I got on line and researched nutritional supplements for poor appetite. This is what I found and used successfully with my daughter. Hopefully it could work for you too. Bio stath (a yeast and herb formula that aids in gaining back strength and energy), iron, multi vitamins minerals, calcium, magnesium, zinc and copper. 

To stimulate my daughters poor appetite I also used nutritional supplements in the form of the following herbs: catnip, fennel seed, ginger root, ginseng, gotu kola, papaya leaves, peppermint leaves and saw palmetto berries. Once she was eating I encouraged in between meal snacks as well. Today, my daughter is healthy, happy and eating!
