nutritional supplements

Time will take it's toll on your face, I can attest to that! I am thwarting those threatening wrinkles by using nutritional supplements. As long as the skin is supple any creasing of the skin disappears or at least lessens.

I have found it helpful to take these nutritional supplements in an effort to forestall wrinkles around my eyes, mouth, neck and chest. Primrose oil or black currant seed oil contain linoleic acid which is needed by the skin. Vitamin A is needed for healing and construction of new skin tissue. Vitamin B complex aids with anti-stress and anti-aging elements.

Further nutritional supplements I have used are kelp as it supplies balanced minerals needed for good skin tone. Selenium is an antioxidant that works with Vitamin E. Vitamin C is necessary for the formation of collagen and it fights free radicals and strengthens the capillaries that feed the skin. The nutritional supplements zinc and copper are good for tissue strength and repair.

Finally by eating a well-balanced diet that includes many and varied fruits and vegetables you will get all the nutrients you need. I also eat whole grains, seeds, nuts and legumes. So far so good!
