Herbal nutritional supplements include echinacea, goldenseal, pau d' arco and red clover. It is a good idea to eat plenty of raw vegetables as well as yogart and other soured products. If you continue to have cold sores it may benefit you to see your doctor as it may be an indicator of a malfunctioning immune system.
