Nutritional Supplements For Minor Health Ailments |

I have found that nutritional health supplements help me deal with minor health issues without needing to bother my doctor about them. For instance one of the nutritional supplements that I take is magnesium. I started taking magnesium when I found it difficult to sleep because I couldn’t stop moving my legs around in bed because of what can only be described as an infuriating internal itch that compelled me to do so. I found out that magnesium can stop these symptoms and started taking it. Now I do not do an Irish jig in bed anymore. I also take iron nutritional supplements because my doctor told me that I am mildly anemic because of heavy menstrual periods. Since I started taking iron nutritional supplements I have more energy and I don’t feel quite so tired when it is my time of the month. I take primrose oil too, in order to help control the symptoms of PMS. These nutritional supplements help me to ensure that I don’t suffer from minor health complaints that would otherwise have an impact on my quality of life. Taking them means that I don’t have to ask my doctor for prescription medications, which makes me happy.
