Waking Up with the Right Vitamins Minerals |

I don’t know about you but waking up early in the morning is one of the hardest things for me to do. This morning I set the alarm for 6:30 am. When it rang, I was quick to silence it until 7. By the time I got up brushed my teeth and showered, I felt awake but as soon as the water turned off and the apartment’s silence came back, I got groggy. Right away, I went to the fridge for some yogurt and blue berry vitamins minerals. The Vitamin B in them gives me an extra boost even when I’m yawning it up for a solid hour before my mind switches over to complete awake mode.
I have tried some of the energy boosting nutritional supplements out there, which work as long as they do not have boat loads of sugar in place of vitamins minerals. Sugar works but leads to a massive crash by the end, which puts me, right back to taking a nap. For me, it is all about the first couple of hours awake. If I can fight falling back asleep then I’ll be fine the rest of the day but it’s no easy battle. Without vitamins minerals in the morning, I find an excuse to go back to sleep.
