With Valley temperatures hitting 84 by 9 am, there is more then a little chance of being burnt. On Sunday, I headed down to the beach for a little rest and relaxation. It had been awhile since swimming in the ocean and once I got out realized how overdo it was. I made sure to put sunscreen on and made it back to the car without any red or irritated skin. The PCH was jam packed and it took a good 45 minutes to travel 5 or so miles. The entire time waiting in traffic my left arm was hanging out the window soaking up the sun. Of all places to be burnt, my left arm came away with the prize.

Luckily, I had some aloe skin care products at home and B-12 rich nutritional supplements for added skin protection. The morning after lathering my arm up with skin care products and taking some nutritional supplements it looked pretty good. I had a serious farmer’s tan but there was no peeling. I didn’t think nutritional supplements could help cure sunburns but after a call to my mom was made aware of how effective vitamin B can be for skin. Thanks mom.
