Rise and Shine with Nutritional Supplements |

Everyone always says breakfast is the most important meal of the day but I have a hard time waking up with enough time to do anything past grabbing a spoon for some yogurt. As much I love breakfast and even grew up eating it for dinner I never seem to get enough brain food to start the day. Not being a morning person to begin with, I need all the energy I can find or the first few hours of work seem like a real struggle. Recently I started turning to morning nutritional supplements and a big glass of Vitamin C rich orange juice before heading out the door. When I’m lucky a toasted bagel with cream cheese makes its way onto my breakfast plate.
What I have found is the nutritional supplements (focus around energy boasting) help get me going by the time I get into work. It’s not a miracle cure or instant pick me up light sugar rich energy drinks or coffee but it is long lasting and has no adverse effects. The ingredients of a long shower, morning vitamins minerals, some loud music on the drive to work and about an hour of wiping the sleep out the eyes is the perfect recipe for a long day of energy. For me, nutritional supplements did the trick.
