I did some online research on different nutritional supplements that help those who are aging take care of their bones, and I downloaded some statistics. Then, armed with the information that I needed, I headed to my grandmother’s house and presented her with the facts. It did the trick perfectly, and although reluctant at first, she is now happily taking the proper nutritional supplements every day! Now all that is left to do is to get her to do her daily range of motion exercises and we will be on a good start to optimal health.
