Forgetting To Take My Nutritional Supplements |

Earlier this week I went on a camping trip for a couple of days with my family and though I thought I’d packed everything I needed. Unfortunately I actually forgot something that I think is important. I forgot to pack my nutritional supplements and that meant not taking any for two days. Two days without any nutritional supplements proved to me that they really do have an impact on how I feel. When we came home last night I felt physically and mentally exhausted and I looked it too. The nutritional supplements I take do a lot for me. I take them for extra energy and mental focus. I also take certain supplements to help me drop off to sleep at night. Because I forgot my nutritional supplements I did not have as much get up and go as I’ve usually got and I found it difficult to get to sleep. I was also quite cranky to the extent that I was getting on my own nerves. I sincerely hope I never forget my nutritional supplements again when I go on trips and vacations.
