College Bound Need Vitamins Minerals and Strong Stomachs |

I will never forget the feeling of moving into the dorms my freshman year of college. Coming down to Arizona, my mom, brother and grandma helped move all my stuff into the 300 square foot, thirteenth floor hole in the wall. It wasn’t long after all the parents left that the nice setups started to collect grime and evidence of late night parties. First taste of freedom is not always pretty. I suggest all freshman start a routine of vitamins minerals and nutritional supplements to stay out of the campus’s medical ward. Colds spread quick in the dorms.
The elevator in our dorm room was one of the first places to turn disgusting. Drunken freshman knocked out the lights, spilled all sorts of crap on the floor and God knows what else happened in them. Going to class with an elevator full of freshman in the pitch dark at 7:30 am is not the best way to wake up. If it wasn’t for immune boosting nutritional supplements there’s no telling what kind of stuff I would have picked up. It sounds gross but that’s freshman year in the dorms. Unforgettable. Just heed the vitamins minerals warning to stay healthy for class.
